Meteorological Muses

The Cold Front is still trailing well behind that original line of storms from yesterday across parts of northern and western New England. The Cloudiness associated with the remnants of that line remains over much of the eastern part of the region. You can see our surface dewpoints here in Westbrook still well into the 60’s by the chart below, so we have another muggy day on tap, and even some scattered showers possible later this afternoon.

Temperature-wise, definitely cooler than yesterday for inland areas, but still warm with that southerly flow.
