6/18 Forecast

Discussion:High pressure will remain in control through early next week. Low pressure off the coast of florida drifts northward and passes well east of the area while a cold front approaches from the west on Tuesday. Scattered thunderstorms, a few of which may reach severe limits, will be a factor on Tuesday. High pressure returns midweek. A surface low passes to our south and east Friday, with high pressure returning for the weekend.

Father’s Day: Brilliant sunshine. Warm with a high near 80ºF. Southerly wind 5-10 MPH.

Sunday Night: Clear. Low 58ºF. Light south wind.

Monday: Sunshine with a few clouds. Warm with a high near 80ºF.

Tuesday: Scattered Showers and Thunderstorms ahead of a Cold Front Passage. Warm with a high of 81ºF

Wednesday: Sunny, less humid. Highs — Upper 70’s.
