As it departs this evening, a low approaches from the west in conjunction with upper level shortwave energy swinging down from Canada on Thursday. The low passes to our south off the mid atlantic coast during the day tomorrow. Near and south of the low a significant rain and thunderstorm event is projected but Given the projected track, only minor impacts from it are expected here in Connecticut.
